Right, took my dinner break from sanding mum's laundry (in prep for painting) at half-time so I could see Lady Gaga. (Listening to game on portable tv/radio that I realized only today can't get digital tv reception.)

Did we like her costuming? I did. I liked her jump off the stadium roof and the letting her down of her hair when she landed. Liked her sparkly boots and would like to know the mechanics of her costume change to the white!

Cannot go, of course, without comment from my mum: she wants to know how she jumped off the stage in those boots - no wires. Makes the knees hurt thinking about it...

I really liked it. Her fit and the whole show reminded me of artist from the 70s.

Gaga was GREAT! Yes, Ledonna, she had me thinking there was a bit of an homage to Bowie. I got a kick out of her riff on the football shoulder pads that sort of looked like Australia's opera house!

I'm painting my mum's laundry room 'Virtuous Violet.' Have to sand and spackle... and scrape paint off one window sill. Bad chip. And do something about some plaster that's breaking off...that's a whole story.

ETA: She's making me paint because 'this will be my kitchen/laundry one day.' Lol. She told the painter who painted the kitchen that I'm doing this because 'I think I can paint.' The lies man, the lies! The workers think we're a comedy show. Lol.

I loved the performance and her style, and I'm not much of a pop music fan, but Gaga won me over.

Way, way better than Beyoncé (I was at that SB and the halftime show was lackluster even though the game was exciting and the Ravens won :-).

I was ready to slap people on FB for saying Gaga had belly flab. Are you kidding me? If THAT was flab, the rest of us are doomed. Yeesh.

Gaga is so so talented. And very athletic. She pours her heart and soul into her craft. I loved it and appreciated it.

She looked great in her leotard and accessories. The football pads were especially interesting.

I started painting our "laundry room", actually a passthrough from the garage to the family room, 17 years ago and never finished it. The trim still needs to be painted.

Gaga is. A great live performer. I'm hearing mixed feedback for performance like Beyonce.

I can't believe I missed Beyoncé. Or did I? Wait. That's weird. I can't remember.

...Gaga fat? That's mind boggling. She's incredible. In hecka good shape. I could not do those dance moves and not for that length of time! I love her because she can really sing. Doesn't need auto tune at all... although you wouldn't know, she uses the computer on her music so much...

I thought she looked great and did a fantastic job. She looked like she was having fun as well.

I was a bit flabbergasted to read that she's being body shamed. I did notice the tiniest bit of tummy when bending over but to me that's perfectly normal for a healthy female body. Things move around when we bend and sit. People are so silly sometimes.

I thought the show was great. She's obviously very fit. I think if the shorts were a couple inches higher (like the backup dancers) it wouldn't have gotten a mention. It's the best halftime I can recall in some time.

Gaga was awesome. But, honestly, I am a lot more intrigued by the idea of a Virtuous Violet laundry room!! Will we see pictures of this masterpiece?

Gaga loves who I love in the designer world

And, yes, I fully intend to post pics of my pain and suffering. My mother won't let me fix the plaster in the laundry!
