Thanks, ladies! It's all natural at this point! I don't mind the grey as long as I don't look older than I am (understanding that grey hair signifies age - I'm talking more about looking washed out or faded).
Angie, I learned something today - although there is no longer any artificial color in my hair, my stylist pointed out that it fades differently according to where it's parted and exposed to light. So if I flip my part, the normally unexposed hair is much darker than the side that's usually more exposed, which is more reddish. Maybe a good reason to switch up the part now and then!
She also pointed out that contrast helps. She does my good friend who is following in my footsteps and letting her hair go, but being a Caucasian brunette who has always dyed blond, she may need to darken around her face so her hair and skin don't just blend together.
