Sorry to post and run! With a client all day.
Thanks so very much, everyone. You're awfully kind! I'm smiling
Suz, it's a mare growing out a pixie. I do NOT recommend it. But I'm over the awkward stage at least. WOOOHOOOO, our fab gilet!
AJ and LJP, I'll post it messier and wavy soon! I like that version too.
Gryffin and Helena, a sleek hair look just for you!
Brooklyn, a treat to see you chime in. Thinking of you.
Inge, eight more months. By my birthday
Merwoman, your own hair growth journey is very inspiring!
JenniNZ, sure! Happy to share. I stopped colouring my hair after doing it for 18 years - (it went dark when we moved to Seattle) - for a few reasons. CHANGE being the biggest reason, and change is good in my case. I NEEDED A BIG CHANGE. All four parents have passed on. New chapter - new look. Also want very healthy hair - and the condition is fantastic at the moment. Hubs Greg loves the dark blonde, so that's a biggie! Not missing sitting in that salon chair for 2.5 hrs either. And last, it feels unique to be quite blonde without grey at this age - 52 - to Jonesy's point. (Thanks, Jonesy!) I might as well milk it! I might do one small front streak of platinum blonde, though. We will see.....
Irina, YES, a bit. My sour brights, whites, navies, blush, and light blue continue to work well. I am still a "Warm Spring". But I'm wearing all sorts of deep reds and burgundy much better with the darker hair. Wearing taupe shoes, a toffee topper, and textured tans these days too. Pretty! See new items in Finds. Also feeling very unhappy in olive. It drains me. Have broken up with olive.
