Gorgeous! And how fun to have the variety--with the color and style difference, you've achieved a completely different look. Most people go the opposite direction and CUT to make a change. How you you get the waves? Product? Diffuser? Air dry?
Thanks, Dana! The only thing you can do when you have a super short pixie and want a big change is GROW IT OUT......and sport your natural colour if you colour it
I have wavy hair. Product brings out the wave. Air dry. Curling iron in a few spots evens out the wave.
You look awesome with the longer hair, Angie! This shows me how long I haven’t been on here, I didn’t even know you were planning on growing out your pixie cut. I still have my own hair short (and very short right now), but I’m thinking about growing it out from time to time. I’m not sure it’s for me though, I like how uncomplicated my short hair is.
Astrid, I'm with you! There is NOTHING easier than a pixie - especially in your natural colour. I miss that pair A LOT!!
But I DESPERATELY needed a change. And to grow it out in my natural colour was the only way to go. New chapter in our lives. All our parents have passed on as of the end of 2021. That's when I began the grow-out. I turn 53 in July, and no grey hair yet - quite unique. So that's the backstory! I have three more inches to go
It looks fabulous . Can you please give a tutorial on how to get those lovely waves I have every tool known to man and cannot seem to accomplish what you have !
It looks gorgeous! You are so fortunate to have hair that can be worn either straight or curly, and looks fantastic either way. Your natural color is beautiful too.
