The pale colours in the straightened version, and the optic white, really look good paired with the soft blonde. You are darn patient…I’d need to be talked off the ledge with the scissors about half way.

I so agree with you about keeping an eye on this hair style's free spirited nature but it is fun sporting a change in style and your slight hair colour change has allowed for a some new colour options in your fashion as well.

Your diligence for getting exactly the hair style you wanted is inspiring, I can't wait to see the very end results, Angie-but I loved your hair in all stages, from the pixie to this one-you have great hair!! Do you still wash and style it every day-like when wearing a pixie?
I am toying with the ideea of growing out my bangs -which I had for all of my life- and am bit tired off. Now, at 55 I feel like I need every piece of hair-hence the idea-but fear my cowlicks on the front hairline will mess up with longer lengths, too...plus am aware it will be very hard to get a decent office look for the year long transition phases...

I wash my longer hair every other day. It doesn't look as good on the second day - but it will when it gets longer!

By all means try growing out your fringe! Change is refreshing - all though I understand the trepidation.
