Ooh. I tried to stop in a COS in New York last week but I ran out of time for any shopping. Though I don't know if they'd have the fall things in yet. I can't remember if they're opening an SF store - I hope they do.

Ooh, interesting. I like the cape-like backs and the really interesting notched sleeve thingy. (Although would my elbows be cold? Hmmm....)

They are opening a cos store here soon. Looking forward to it because it's so hard to tell how the clothes will actually hang on my body. The architectural volume thing has to sit just so to look right - I've returned a lot of cos things because they don't hit in just the right spot, etc.

My eye is going to need to do some serious adjusting. But it's a defined look and a clear vision, and I like that.

Also -- for me -- I tried on COS stuff a few years ago and even before the super oversized trend (it was more "fluid" then) it overwhelmed me completely -- cuts were not right on the items. But that might have been because I tried the wrong items. Sometimes I am attracted to the stuff that is least likely to work.
