Oh! So fab, Louise. I had two clients this month opting for grey leggings instead of black – both of them have fabulous funky grey hair dos and it looked SO GOOD. I like how you’re wearing your grey leggings as well. Love the grey bra strap peeking through that matches the dress and leggings. So Euro.

I love this. You look awsome and the grey is a refreshing change from the black. I love both of your dresses. One looks more like a tunic, both work beautifully.
Angie, I love how you have encouraged so many to do their own take on this look. I love how it is evolving.
The leggings with this gorgeous floral dress with the hem to the knee, and the gorgeous black tunic with an interesting hem. Wow is all I can say Lou Lou! Great job of making this look your own.

While we're on the topic of gray leggings - do you think gray stirrup leggings would also work? Or do the stirrups have to be black?

Medusa, I think grey stirrups would work just fine. Where is all this funkiness coming from!!! I’m soaking it up like a sponge.

Thanks for the comments everyone i was a bit unsure think my eye just needs to get used to the pale colour can't wear them yet as the weather is too hot and humid.
Joy i hadn't got as far as shoes. I guess anything would go, probably my silver low wedge sandals with the floral dress or a pair of coloured flats with the black dress x

Love the grey- I'm on the hunt for brown but can't seem to find them anywhere. The grey looks so casual, perfect for dressing down a pretty dress.
