Greg App issue

Sat when I used the app my notifications were working fine. I used it Mon and they were not working but I saw the server issue post and didn't think anything about it. They are not working today either. I've tried turning them off and on. Signing out and signing back in. Anything else I should do.

Hi Debbie,

It might be server related. I'm going to investigate whether I can reproduce the same issue on our phones.

Just a quick update. I did an experiment here and did see a notification. Would you please double check these three things?

- In settings, that Notifications is set to "On"
- Going into the Notifications settings, that youlookfab is set to receive badges, alerts and sounds
- In the app settings ("Profile", then "Settings") that "Reply Notifications" are set to "On"

I'm sure that all these are true in your case because notifications were working before, but probably a good idea to just check that one of them didn't change for some reason.

Checked everything. It is set as it should be.
