I noticed that in a few other Fabbers' replies today too.

If you have a moment could you please tell me...

Which browser you were using.
Did you copy / paste at all while writing that reply?
Did you notice anything else odd when you replied?

Finally, if you see any other replies where this happens, please let me know on this thread.

Hi Greg - thanks for fixing that reply. Very strange, isn't it?

I was using Internet Explorer for my browser and did not copy or paste. I did however use the colon and bracket for the smiley face at the end of my sentence. I've switched to using Google Chrome and haven't had any issues since.

I noticed this in a reply from Suz in another thread the same day. Will try to find it and send you the link.

Me again - that weird thing just happened again in this thread http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....st-1073538.

This time I'm on my MAC at home and am using Safari for my browser. No happy face or anything after my exclamation point.

Thanks. There is something strange happening there. Now that I have seen a few examples I'll try to track down the bug.

BTW, in the meantime you can remove that stuff by deleting extra spaces at the end of the post.
