I might not be the best person to ask about this, since I have a high affinity for colour mixing & wouldn't bat an eyelid at wearing more than 2 colours in an outfit lol, but here are my suggestions for colour pairings with your shoes:
~ pastels (a blush pink would look lovely, but lilac could work too)
~ turquoise (a slightly greenish-blue to bridge the gap between emerald)
~ burnt orange/ rust (as a backdrop with some warmth to it - think autumn leaves)
~ mustard yellow (see above, though saffron/ marigold would be warmer)
~ chartreuse (green without being as acidic as lime green)
~ deep purple (be warned that this is a very rich combination, though)
~ off-white/ cream (even better with camel/ chestnut brown as an accent)
~ dove grey (silver or iridescent jewellery would help play up the shine factor)
~ canary yellow (one of my favourites (especially with a tomato reddish orange accent), but I don't know if this would be too much for you).
Hope these suggestions help! You could easily take these shoes from spring (with a blush cardigan/ dove grey trousers/ turquoise necklace), to summer (with a yellow top/ white city shorts/ cobalt blue earrings), to autumn (with a cosy oatmeal sweater, velvet burgundy pants & a rich, camel brown bag) & then finally to winter (how fab would it be with an iridescent bag/ jewellery to really echo the material of the shoes?) So I think they're pretty versatile!
Anyway, I've attached 5 different examples for colour inspiration (the exact items aren't as important as how the colours come together) - the shoe represents each new example, lol
