Niggling at the back of my mind after my post on the green tank, I remembered that I had worn a similar color of green jacket way back when. 2005 as it turns out. I wore this jacket to my niece's Ph.D. ceremony and a few months later to DH's first retirement party. Yes, 15 years later he's given up thoughts of retirement again. Sigh. I'm wearing it with my Brazilian tourmaline pendant.
Not sure why I avoid this clear green which was called peridot. I like green jewelry. Back then I did have the blonde hair. I bought this cotton jacket and another lilac one by Tom K Nguyen at Nordstrom in the Savvy department. I was just cutting through the store and I saw them and tried them on. Totally unplanned.

I hate to think the days of accidentally stumbling across a great item of clothing are behind us. I don't remember what happened with Tom's line of clothing. And even back then I didn't normally shop in Savvy--I spotted this on the way to the escalator.
