You'd have to be fairly tall for this skirt. The combination of volume, length and horizontal stripes may make a less than tall woman look shorter I imagine.
Nope, not something I care for. I am afraid I have a poison eye for the sheer layer over the skirt thing--too many horizontal lines for my taste. If the underskirt were the same length as the sheer over layer--well, then we could talk.
