Also curious why you are into the goth look and wondering if you really understand the goth look/culture or if you are just using "goth" to refer to all kinds of badass-type looks (I won't fault you, when I was a teen most of the kids I went to school with referred to the black eyeliner and lipstick look as goth, even when it really wasn't--- I guess that is small town USA and a whole generation of kids that don't know their Marty McFly from their Yoko Ono and I am practically old compared to you--- seriously, my baby brother is going to be 20 this year).
Honestly, I think there are so many more flattering looks. The black liner on the water-line all the way around rimmed eyes isn't the most flattering look on most people (especially light-eyed blondes). Some ladies do work it, but generally most women cringe when they see the look on teens because it gums up their natural beauty and it tends to look dated on other women.
Your eyes would look so much larger with softer eye makeup. Purple and pinks look beautiful with green eyes and make them pop without overwhelming them. If I were you I would get myself a makeover at a makeup counter or specialty shop in the mall---- ask for a natural look and have the artist teach you how to create the look step by step. You don't have to buy all your products there-- just an eyeshadow or lipgloss. Then you can go to the drugstore and pick out similar products for less. This was how my mother got me started doing makeup when I was about your age. That plus 5 years of doing theatrical makeup really made a difference for me in emphasizing my best features in a natural-looking way---
If you are going to do a solid rim of liner, maybe you could try it with a plum or maroon-ish brown---- it is a softer look. I have a purple liquid liner I like to use, but I always blend it with a little purple shadow to soften it.
