I have a successful addition to my slightly-more-than-basic black summer top collection (two of my old ones had to go as they were looking old and tired). This tie-front Karen Kane top is nicely roomy but drapey so not overwhelming, and the fabric is soft and light, so it feels good on. The length is nice for wearing with shorts, pants, or skirts.
I know some folks here don’t like rayon, but this has a touch of spandex which seems to help it sort of spring back into shape if you stretch it. I’m hoping that means it keeps its shape and launders nicely. It says dry clean or hand wash cold, and I wash things like that in a mesh garment bag on delicate cycle, so I expect to do the same with this.
Bonus: pic 2 is WIW today — want to get in a wear of some long-sleeved shirts before it gets hot!
