I didn't watch, but I'm having fun browsing the highlights. Interesting to see how the Me Too movement is shaking up Hollywood. I'm seeing lots of dress-over-pants! My personal fave is Rita Moreno's leather suit.

I thought Eleven was looking good. If you see how they dress her in Stranger Things... well me and my brother were discussing how the clothes didn’t suit her (mind, that’s important for the show and her character). This though: this is her shining.

I AGREE. I feel inspired. Strong and inspired. And the fashion was great too. I kinda expected a sea of depressing black. It was nothing like I expected ... thanks to imagination and creativity.

Lots of great looks, but my favorite is Salma Hayek's Balenciaga dress. Deceptively understated... stunning and steals the show. I like her accessories and simple hair and make-up too.

Loved the trousers with gown looks but as I just wrote on Angie's thead, my favorites were definitely Viola Davis and Tracee Ellis Ross. Check out Viola Davis' smile regarding Angie's post yesterday.

I used to wear dresses over trousers a lot, so that loom will always appeal to me for nostalgia's sake. I also liked it when Emma Watson also wore a similar look to the GG not too long ago - it adds that sort of feminine edge that I look for in my outfits.

As a naturally curly girl that's tired of blowdrying her hair into submission, it was also refreshing to see Viola Davis with her natural hair out. Plus her neckline (& Meryl Streep's & Oprah's) were just the boost I needed to convince myself that a sweetheart neckline can look great on an hourglass figure. I bought a similar top & would like to share it with you all for feedback. Maybe once I'm feeling brave enough to bare my shoulders I shall, lol.
