I heart award shows!
I thought Tina Fey and Amy Poehler were great hosts, and I loved their dresses!
I actually liked a lot of last night's dresses, and had few that I really disliked. I thought they were quite a few dresses that worked well for the individual wearer, like Kate Hudson's, Lucy Liu's, Emily Blunt's, Jessica Chastain's dresses: I thought they really went with their personas, and looked terrific on them, but might not have worked that well on anyone else.
Lucy Liu – I loved her dress! It was so different, I loved that she wore a patterned dress, this was possibly my favorite dress of all
Loved seeing so many shades of red, from bright to burgundy! Enjoyed Jennifer Lawrence, Jessica Alba, Naomi Watts
I loved Jessica Chastain's dress, the color was spectacular and the cut worked for well for her I thought. Did not like her hair with the severe middle part.
Emily Blunt looked great!
I also really Kate Hudson – the dress was unusual and at first I wasn't sure, but after a few seconds I loved it - I thought it framed her face/hair so well and just really worked on her.
Julianne Moore – liked the front but not the white back, so thumbs down in the end.
The one outfit that I really really disliked was Lena Durham – YIKES, she seemed extremely constricted in her dress and it looked matronly and the style dated.
Jodie Foster looked radiant!
