This dress was thrifted a while back and is really nice quality black linen (no tag). It has four wide belt loops, but they lie flat so it doesn't need a belt (although it would look great with a belt). It has a collar, short sleeves, and chest pockets. Unfortunately it is a little loose and shapeless on me, plus I don't feel it flatters my IT shape. I can take exact measurements if anyone wants, but I'm guessing it's a large 6/small 8. It is knee length on 5'1" me. It would make a fab summer dress for someone a litlte taller and shapelier than me.
