Yesterday was my daughter Sarah's 25th birthday. Her present from me was a shopping trip for fresh new spring pieces. She is a SAHM so shorts and cute tops were our main focus.

Success was ours at Express! She got white and denim shorts, a bright citron sheer shirt, an open weave knit also in citron, a black and white flowy top, a black lace 3/4 sleeve top, a lightweight chambray shirt, a patterned knit in shades of cobalt and a fit and flare dress in black lace that is so flattering.

My other daughter Emily did a bit of shopping as well and found bras at Gap Body as well as jeans and a chambray shirt at American Eagle.

Then it was on to our favorite shoe department. More success....A pair of silver flat sandals that will work with all the new cute clothes for Sarah, Vince Camuto flats in a cork look for Emily, and heeled black patent oxfords for Mom.

Finally, at Forever 21, Emily treated Sarah to a white pleather moto jacket that is definitely her style!

All in all, it was such a fun day with my girls....and one precious little boy. My grandson won't always be up for shopping but for now he loves his stroller and he was quite content to spend the day at the mall!
