I am a huge fan of The Voice, and my guilty pleasure is to PVR it on Monday nights, and watch it on Tuesday AMs as I run on the treadmill. Today I fell in love with Gwen Stefani (I know a little late to the party but whatever). She has the slouchy pant vibe down to perfection. She was wearing the best slouchy cropped trousers, sparkly grey top with the perfect semi-tuck, black with white-tipping blazer, sky high white booties and piles of sparkly bracelets. My word I was in heaven watching her for the full 2 hour episode. Style heaven. I spent that time thinking I could totally do that look, but dumbed-down to MOTG for my style. As soon as it ended I dug through my closet and threw on a few things. Ok I've cropped my head because I was a sweaty mess. Not sure if these are perfect but I had fun trying to re-create the look, and I think I could tweak these a bit to actually wear them out. My first try was with the pantaloon shorts, but seeing them in photos I don't really like them. I prefer the black/charcoal sweats. What do you think? Any other Gwen admirers out there?
