The Google ad on the right side of my page as I'm reading this is a big full-color ad for...Crocs! And it says "Feel the love."

I'm thinking not many here are feeling the Crocs love. Targeted marketing FAIL.

I'm not getting Crocs! Instead of it I can see a Carissa Rose ad with a huge text "Clothes For Busty Women" :/

Well, Carissa's products are very fab and very relevant and she is a paying advertiser. The Crocs ads are Google generated and are a major fail!

I have an adblocker at home but at work and on my phone I see the ads. I do believe I recently saw an ad for the Mormon church here which was just bizarre. Oh, and fake Louboutins.

Yes, I'm very much amused by how thread specific some of the adds may be, for example when I opened Theresa's thread I noticed an ad for a dating agency and if you are feeling a little insecure a lose 5 pounds in day ad may appear.

I'm also amazed by how those cookies are put to use, Office has such good sales that I look at the site frequently and if I pop over to YLF later the shoes which I opened are displayed neatly in an Office ad.

the Mormon church ad would have come up because of the thread about Mormon dresses a week or so back..
but yes, I always find it funny when we are trashing something in a thread (like crocs) and there is an ad for them.

Well, of course since this thread mentions "Crocs" I get the Crocs ad every time I open this thread

The last ad I got when I was at the Recent Conversations tab was one for Butt Lift Jeans. Yeah, baby!

P.S. Kim! I actually went to Kohls today, had to return stuff. And of course came back with two dresses :b

I always have to be careful when I'm at work because of the BiggerBras.com ad. Granted, it is probably the most relevant ad here...but still not something I need my coworkers noticing.
