Hello ladies,
I received a gift card for Christmas and thought I would try out a couple blazers and trouser jeans,
#1- light brown blazer with little bit of print, fits my chest, I like it long but does it work, do u see versatility with this.one?
#2- not sure it the neck works on me . It fits so I can close it but wonder if I need more of a v- neck,
#3- printed faux wrap top I think I like this one best, uuuhggg, decisions!!!!
Any tips or suggestions appreciated
BTW, should trousers jeans be so high waisted??? They almost go to my ribs! Lol, they make them midrise don't they????

Hi Ginny! I like the wrap top the best too! the colors are beautiful on you and the fit looks perfect. I can't see the waist of the jeans, lol!
I like the light brown blazer but it seems pretty long on you. Would you consider belting it or adding really high heels?
Blazer #2 looks really line-backer in the shoulders and is giving you a square shape in the one pic you posted. I think a lower stance (more of a V) might be better on you as well.

Not sure about the jackets, except I agree with Clarie that #2 looks too massive in the shoulders. Is #1 a little big? Can you try a size down???? It looks loose through the body and maybe a little big in the shoulders?

I like the wrap top best on you too. The 2nd jacket is too stiff and not great on you (and basically what Claire said). The first is OK, but oversized on purpose and not loving the length unless you wore it with a sheath dress?
I have the most trouble shopping with a gift card because I want to get the most of it but I feel pressure to spend it all at once.

I LOVE the wrap top - a winner! Aren't gift cards the greatest? I got one for our bookstore chain...yay!

I like the shape of jacket number 1, but it's too long on you. Have you looked in the petites?

The neckline and shoulders of jacket number 2 are not as flattering as they could be.

Love the wrap top, though! Pretty.

Hi Ginny, I like jacket #1 in terms of fit but agree it might be a tad long. #2 just looks too big. #3 is lovely on you but is it a little big in some places? Can you size down? Might just be the pics... or me!

The blazer in #1 looks KILLER. I love the over sized tomboy look on you. I vote keep. It's cool!

@ Isis, nicole,Amy, Deborah and Helen, I appreciate ya'lls thoughts and opinions, it helps to have an unbiased eye in the fitting room, #2 is out! I did put the wrap top.on hold until I conferred with my YLF ers!!!!!

I wish the jacket in one was just a skosh shorter but the silhouette is wonderful. I want to love the jacket in number 2 but I think the problem is it needs some darts at the bust. Because of the this, I don't think it's good enough for you. Love the top. hope you're getting that one.

I have to agree with Angie, #1 and #3 are Killer. I think the longer blazer would look fab with slim jeans (think Gap Long and Leans), some chucks and a fun top.

I love the wrap top and think #1 looks nice, too, especially with the scrunched sleeves thing going one. I'm sure you can find lower-waisted trouser jeans.
