As much as I dislike showing my face on line, my present glasses are becoming bothersome and I’m feeling like I want a new pair. I like them to have the matching clip on or magnetized sunglasses so the selection is limited. Also, with progressive lenses I don’t want to buy online.

The frames all seem to look bigger on me in the photos than what I see when I look in the mirror!

#1 is from the first trip.

#2 same frame in a different color - maybe the color makes a difference in how the fit looks? I don’t know.

#4 love the colors

#8 is my current pair

#9 just because - I have worn glasses forever (how do you like those chompers??)

Any keepers in this bunch?

I prefer #1. #2 seems too wide for your face. I also like the color of #1. What color is your current pair?

I think the first pair has that uplift that Angie is always talking about but I think I prefer the second pair. They look cooler to me. I'm not very good at picking glasses though so I will defer to others. I think you're on the right track! (I just got new glasses myself and went for lighter frames--instead of the heavier dark ones I had. Not sure how I feel about them for myself yet.)

I like #1 the best out of these.l think that the frame shape is better and the colour of the rim echoes your eyes which is lovely .The second pair look a bit dark and heavy to my eye.

#1 - they look lighter. #2 looks okay, though. Your current pair is really cute.

Ok...what is bothersome about the current ones? Is the fit off now, or what's going on? I like them on you a lot!

I'm guessing from the colours of the new possibles that you are hoping for blue again? Is that right? I'm not sure either of these is "the one" -- are there some other options you can show us?

Thanks everyone, I should probably keep looking. I feel bad grumbling but looking can be such a chore. The nose pads on my current pair just don’t seem to sit right any more, even after adjustment.

I like both of these, but probably have a slight preference for the first pair.

Ok. That’s interesting. I prefer the second pair... to me, they look less wide and your eyes more centered in the lenses. But I do think you should keep looking; I feel your current pair fit better than either...

Oh, I hear you on the nose pads. Did you try replacing them? Then again, maybe the entire fit is just "off" now. It can happen.

I know it's a pain, looking. SO WORTH IT, though. You wear these babies every day and they are your main accessory. Several forum members have just been through this (Carla and Jenni come to mind) and their waits proved entirely worth it!

I feel for you. It is not the most fun article to shop for. I need to go too. Lots of scratches on my glasses.
Sorry to say you are not there yet. I like the shape of 1. Looks a bit too wide.
And the color maybe a bit too cold.

I like #1 best, but it's not perfect. A little big all round. Blue is GREAT though!

Hi pil, I have just been through this. Final choice is now my profile pic. I spent 3 different days at 6 different shops, sorry to tell you. Then dragged DH to the favoured shop to confirm. But every day I am happier with them, so far.
