Getting Ready For Petite Fashion Week

Hi again,
I thought before I got away from here for the night I would ask if any of you ladies who are petite have an outfit that was worn by Her Royal Highness, Catherine the Duchess of Cambridge that you would like to see made to work for a petite...I have been invited to participate in Petite Fashion Week next month and thought I'd start planning now that I have the site back up and going.

Wow, Trisha, I didn't know there was such a thing as Petite Fashion Week! That's very cool -- congratulations on being invited to participate.

But hmm -- I just looked at a zillion photos of the duchess and I don't actually see her wearing anything that I think would be tricky for petites? I think smaller women usually want to be careful with anything that looks little-girlish, anything that's overly widening or leg-shortening (since our length to width proportion is already disadvantaged) and anything gigantic (such as prints or embellishments).

The only thing I could find Kate wearing in a "tricky for petites" category was this dress: http://www.missmalini.com/2012.....al-gurung/ which seemed like a lot of print.
