Another birthday arrives in 30 minutes. The past year has been, at times, disappointing, challenging emotionally and physically, but never, ever dull. I look upon my 60s and, hopefully beyond, as a time of regeneration and vitality, not of stagnation. What will I be doing? I don't know right now, but the journey will be exciting and rewarding.
