Hi All,
I am experimenting with WidgetBox, which is a tool for creating widgets that blog and forum readers can install on their own websites.
Here are the widgets I created:
1. http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/youlookfab
2. http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/youlookfab-light
3. http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/youlookfab-wide
Feel free to try these out on your website. Clicking the big "Get Widget" button on the right of any one of the above 3 pages will provide the code you need to drop into your web page. Let me know how it goes, particularly if you have any problems.
If you'd like to see one of the widgets in action, you can go to a blog I started recently to keep track of the changes I'm making at YLF:
There is a widget installed near the bottom of the right sidebar. You can also get this one by clicking the little "Get Widget" tab at the bottom of the widget itself.
If you would like to create widgets for your own site, then check out the blog entry I wrote on this topic: http://theblogeasy.com/2008/08.....heir-site/.
Any questions on getting a YLF widget installed, or on creating widgets for your own site are very welcome on this thread.
