I just want to quickly say that I am so wound up it's out of control. Heading to Toronto today for 3 days and I think we all know that it is going to involve SHOPPING. More slim legged trousers... perhaps a couple of items from THE NEW ANN TAYLOR STORE that is now in Canada... be still me heart.

Also? RED CUPS ARE OUT AT STARBUCKS. NOT HANDLING IT.

I was in the mal on Halloween and most store were putting out Christmas gear, and the candy was marked down already...crazy! Gets earlier each year..

So I went to Ann Taylor. Not keen. Felt like cheap materials, and high prices. Weird vibe. Bought a fun pair of Hue denim leggings, we shall see if they fit (was too full of delicious food to have the strength of heart to try on clothing... ;)).

It's funny, I am the hughest fan of Christmas there is, but Nov 2? Nope. It just feels way too planned, too commercial. Having said that, the Christmas window display at the Bay on Queen street made me cry it is so gorgeous. VERY old-fashioned, and full of incredibly beautiful scenes with an enormous amount of detail. Amazing.

I have a neighbor who has her Christmas tree up and fully lit in her front window. I like to believe she has an early celebration with distant family but it's obviously a Fake tree that can be set up in a short time so why not wait a bit? or not light it? My kids are getting more anxious by the minute....
AT is hit or miss for quality these days. There are some GREAT things and not so great. Once must be very picky.

Interesting to hear your take on Ann Taylor.

Was out at Starbuck's today and had an eggnog latte. That'll serve me right for not going home to eat lunch!
