Gap moto jacket

So here is the hot pink moto jacket from GAP that Sveta and Ceit also ordered. Although I love the colour, I am not sure about the fit. What do you ladies think?
My other concern is how to style it. In your opinion, is this a versatile piece? If I decide to keep it, I want to be able to enjoy it and style it.

Fit looks good. Are you wearing the right warm layer underneath it?

I love the colour. Works with all neutrals. Gorgeous with red and orange too. And pale blue. I bat for Team Pink, so I'm biased.

well, it's a memorable piece, so would you be wearing it as outerwear or a topper? if as a topper, how frequently would you feel comfortable repeating an item people are likely to remember. i know i couldn't pull it off!

some great thoughts to ponder here.....sleeve length is a little bit longer than what I am used to but I can scrunch the sleeves.

Liz, I will be wearing it as a topper and people are going to remember it for sure. Hmmmm.....I am thinking.....

I've been lusting after a hot pink leather moto after I saw Gwen Stefani wearing one in an interview.

I like it on you, Mona. And as one who has seen you in person, I think you can carry this off. And here is why.

First off, you wear brights like this very well. So...as Angie says, it will work with a whole lot of different neutrals (black, white, denim, grey, navy, ink, some browns). Meanwhile, you're one of the few who could also wear it successfully with other brights. So in this way I think you will get more varied looks than another person might.

All I can say is that I wore my fuchsia H&M jacket like a madwoman. It just seemed to go with everything! And while I eventually got sick of it, I never heard that anybody else had. I just kept getting compliments for every new way I wore it.

If this were a slightly softer pink, less neon, it would be in my closet, too.

What Suz said! I for one do not understand the fear of "memorable" clothes. If it suits you and looks great who would complain if you wearing it often: you would be a feast for eyes every time you do!
I wish I could wear hot pink as well as you do and then I would get this jacket too. Alas, neon colors and I are not friends so I will stick with my cobalt moto.
BTW I am a bit puzzled: Angie said that mine is the right fit and yours is the right fit and yet they fit differently. Did you get petite or regular? It looks shorter and more fitted on you than on me...

Sveta, I don't have a fear of memorable clothes but it definitely is a statement piece and I will wear it to death if I keep it. I think I have to play in my closet a little bit and see how it goes with the rest of my bottoms. I am also in need of pointy toed booties and perhaps should save this money for that.
This is a medium in petites.

Understanding that no color or style is for everyone (especially the non-neutral ones), you rock that moto. I think the length is gorgeous, the fit flattering and the color has your name on it. If you will wear it often, it could add a lot of fun to your wardrobe.
