I picked up these jeans at Gap yesterday for a great price but I wonder about the length. In a small, nearly flat heel like these cowboy boots, there’s a good inch or so between the hems and the floor. Should I return and get the longs (if they are available)? This is how all jeans hit me for years and years, and then in the early 2000s when floor-scraping lengths came around, I ditched the shorter lengths and never looked back, relieved to not have to wear flood pants again.
So I don’t know, does this length look modern or just dorky? I was going to cut the tags and wear them today but now I’m second guessing. I could DIY a released hem out of them...
