I thought I’d post these for fun as I pretty much have already decided on what to keep. Still would be fun to get your feedback.

The wide leg pants, cuffed jeans, and anorak are all new.

Just wondering about the cuffed jeans — Do you think it would be worth trying a size down to get a better fit in the waist? Or is there not enough room in the rear for that.

I like the cuffed jeans on you but not sure about sizing down - alterations ( for taking the waist in )? The other thing is what shoes to pair it with - something stronger, with thick soles, espadrilles, "dad's sneakers" will change the look overall.
The other items look a bit big ( especially the wide leg ) but it may be the camera angle.

Are 1-2, 6-7 the same pair? The look and silhouette are great, and I love the loafers and dark red top. How would you feel about the next size down? The seat looks really roomy to me and perhaps the waist, evidenced by the extra pleats appearing along the waistband even when the belt is tied.

As to the jeans, they look a good fit in the rear and hips to me, but I know what you mean if the waist is so loose that they slide down. If it’s not an extra cost to ship and return, it would be worth a try to size down in both pairs, IMO.

Great neutral jacket, with a useful length and shape.

love the deep cuffs. agree with @slimcat re having waist taken in vs sizing down. they have a great ease.

the coat looks a tad large. what are your plans for wearing sweaters and jackets under the coat? the slight largeness would accommodate this.

i'm not sure what to think about the wide leg jeans. i am strangely attracted, not conventionally flattering but JFE?

I really like both styles of jeans on you, though the first ones look too big; I'd go for a smaller size. I think the cuffed ones look great; it may be worth comparing the smaller size, not returning these, just to see if they work or you need to alter the waist of this pair. I like both with the red turtleneck and your loafers.

The jacket is great, too. I'm eager to hear what you're keeping!

I don't think I'd size down in the Noxers because they fit so nicely through the legs as is, but you might want to take the waist in if it feels loose and you think they'll migrate downward.

The Lintells look so cool and I suspect you could go down a size in these if you wanted too, especially if you want to wear them without the belt. I think a size down would still give you plenty of room through the hips (although the pleats might not lie flat -- hard to know without trying).

Love the anorak! I'd keep this size, roomier looks more current to my eye and gives you more options for layering.

The wide jeans just look a bit too big all around.

I like the second pair of jeans, and this is how a lot of my jeans fit me — I am dropping off a pair at the tailor today to take in the waist a bit. Perhaps you can have the waist altered too? The rest of the fit looks nice.

The anorak is long but I think it looks intentional and will layer nicely over all kinds of tops and layers.

Firecracker: yes I think I’ll hang onto these and compare the smaller size. Keeping the anorak for sure. Wide legs going back.

Bj111: I know the wide legs are oddly attractive. I think it might be because they’re kind of avant garde? Anorak is a little large, good eye.

LaPed: thanks! Yes, I’ll keep the anorak and I do like it a bit bigger for sweaters. I can roll sleeves in summer. Lintels are about 2 sizes too big although I’m wondering if they made them huge on purpose to achieve the paper bag effect.

LOVE the Lintells, but you need to size down one size. AMAZING potential. I want those too! Super fun and chic!

LOVE the Noxers. Could try a size down, but I like the leg fit here. Having the waist altered is a good option.

I wear anoraks and raincoats that fit roomy in the same way (great for layering) so I vote YAY, unless you want to try a size down.

Gosh...the cuffed jeans Noxer’s are great...i like the way they fit so I’d just have the waist taken in (i end up doing this on 8/10 pairs of jeans).
The baggy dad jean, the Lintells. Here’s were. I miss shopping IRL. I love them, but I’d love to see them in the smaller size just to compare. Tell me a little more about them, are they are heavy denim? They look lightweight, but its hard to tell. Are they a dark indigo or black?

Oh, and i like the anorak.

The cuffed jeans also look great. I'd take the waist in (if possible) rather than sizing down.

The anorak is also fun. It does look a bit large but if you will be layering, no problem!

KKards: the lintels are a fabulous, lightweight, kind of scratchy denim that will likely soften up over time. It feels premium (not that I know much about this). Summer weight.

I was thinking of sizing down 2 sizes on them, as they feel enormous.

Well, I got inspired here and ordered some jeans. I was considering the Noxers, too, and ended up ordering a straight ankle jean. 'Cuz I don't have enough jeans. LOL

Oh I love both pairs! The Lintell definitely need a size comparison but I love the look. The Noxer fit perfectly in the leg to my eye and I would keep this size and get it tailored at the waist. I did notice that the brand runs a bit large on me -I need to get a picture of my C-Staq's. I would size down on the Kate boyfriend (waiting for sale/birthday discount next month).

Smittie - you have picked excellent items and the quality is evident from the pictures. Return Lintell and get a size (or two) down, Noxer is great, but it would be interesting to see a size down as you may find that a slightly tighter fit is perfect. LOVE the anorak and hope it works for cycling.
