Though we are in the midst of a heat wave, DH and I did a closet sort and some shopping in preparation for the coming F/W season. Capsules work for me, so I shop accordingly.

For F/W I'm working with grey, olive, and purple. I was able to pull (grey, purple) from my existing wardrobe, but have added a few new items - mainly the olive clothes, and a pair of grey trousers for work. I picked up a skirt, too, even though I said I wouldn't be getting any more. (In my defence, I retired 2 that were looking tired - so 2 out and 1 in. ).

An unexpected bonus of shopping so early in the season are the luxuries I scored (at Winners!). The black wool peacoat is Calvin Klein. There is some cashmere in the mix, so the hand is divine! The Longchamps Neo may just have ended my search for the 'one bag to rule them all'. It is very light and both tote and cross body bag. I nearly pulled the bag apart in order to verify it's authenticity!
