Move over spandex, there's a new thread in town!

Here's a funny video about the potential for using a protective slime made by hagfish to spin thread suitable for clothing. Its draw is that it is apparently a more enviro-friendly "fiber" than synthetics.

This just sounds so cool. Like a futuristic knight who decrees, "I shall be invulnerable, clad in my garment woven from the slime of a hagfish." It also sounds like something Aquaman would definitely use.
