Sally, good point on toning down the boho! I also think I'll get used to it. I was self-conscious wearing my Panama hat for a while and am not so much anymore, so it's just a shift.

El Cee, I don't know about "versatile." I mean, it is a FUR VEST, but I'm hoping it will be a well-worn statement. And you're right in that it will be easy to pop on over a lot of outfits.
Brooklyn, if I had an office job, I think I'd wear flares a lot more. Or if I just wore platforms everywhere like Rachel Zoe.
Suz, I'm definitely hoping for the longevity! It's one of the reasons I went a little higher end on this (although I got a great price) than the ubiquitous ones I see at H&M and the like. The other reason would be the texture of the faux fur, which I hope remains as lovely as it is right now.
