I love it! The shimmery skirt might not be my style; I'd probably do tweed or houndstooth instead, and a bit longer. But I love the look, and I love the color of the vest!
Soo cute, I have some similar waistcoats(in neutrals) and love them-but of course neon is making a statemnet here. Love the flat boots and shimmering skirt too, perfect together, indeed.
