Whaaaat where were those when we were there earlier?? I like both the cream and the blush pairs, but particularly the CREAM. What's the weight, are they really wool? I've been looking for cream wool culottes for 4 years now.

This leads to a question: what do I do for hosiery in cooler weather? I know how to style them now, and into fall when I can still get away with bare legs and booties for awhile, but what's after that?

Really? Hmmm, ok. So 70's ! And I lived it the first time:) I have lost all of my assuredness and no longer think I know what I'm doing....but yes, I can totally see this with a black ribbed sweater and super tall glossy black boots....I'm headed to CM on Tuesday to check this out. There is little I like better than a slouchy trouser.

I think blush and navy are wider than cream and black. I would love to get a pair too but unfortunately I am sized out of CM in bottoms

I am very impressed by their fall collection! Unfortunately, I just discovered that my local Club Monaco store is closed for renovations. I haven't ordered from them online but there were a few tempting things this season.

Oh, dear. Those do look great. Footwear question: love the cream on cream look with the model's boots. Are booties totally stumpifying with this look? I have cream booties, thanks to an Angie's pick.

Of course, I am not really asking though, as I am shopped out- or should be. In my climate, these could be quite nice for early to mid-fall. Seems warmer than a skirt.

Greyscale, I find CM online orders take forever - probably because we live in the US (it's a Canadian store). But their store service is impeccable - at least - the one in Seattle is. One of my favourite stores for sure. I LOVE CM.

Sveta, you wear a size 10. You are not sized out. They are ABSOLUTELY going to fit.

Eliza, sure cream booties will work. With nude hose, Lisap.

I would wear these with tall sleek black boots and a tucked black turtleneck - maybe a black moto. Easy.

You know, when we first started seeing culottes fringe trending, I felt kind of meh about it, but they're growing on me. I wore them years ago. I doubt I'd do a light color, but maybe, if the trend has some longevity, I'd try a pair in a darker shade like charcoal. They might be easier to dress down than skirts. I do enjoy my Zara sarong shorts, which have a similar vibe...
