FS Danier Blush Moto -updated It's gone.

Through a weird coincidence I managed to end up with TWO Danier blush moto jackets in XS. XS is no longer available online, so I thought I'd offer it for what I paid for it, (a great sale price actually!) plus shipping (from Canada.) to active members.

ETA: What does the XS equate to in US sizing? I'd love to consider the jacket if it would fit.

Viva, if it helps, I wear a Danier XS - I think it's about a US4.

I'm 5'5", about 135 lbs, with a 34b bust and a 29 waist. I have a longish torso, and broadish straight shoulders. Danier doesn't usually fit short torsos well, but this jacket has a zip that undoes at the bottom as well, so that might be helpful. It fits snugly. (It's meant to for this one.) No room for anything more than one layer under it I'd say.

It says U.K size 6-8 on the inside, if that helps.

I wear XXXS in Danier jackets. I am 5'5" and 105lbs and would usually be a size 6-8 in uk sizes, or a 2 or XS in US sizes, but I think Danier jackets quite large for the stated size. I'd say XS would be medium size in Zara or Topshop sizes. I found the Spiegel lemming jacket in XS ridiculously large on me, if that is a useful reference for you. I am not going for an oversized look with my Danier jackets though, and I have narrow shoulders and a narrow waist relative to my hips. I hope this helps.

Kim, If Viva doesn't end up taking it I'm definitely interested. A blush moto is on my wish list. I looked at the Danier size chart, and my bust is XS, my waist is S, and my hips are XXS. I just wish I knew how the shoulders fit, because my shoulders are substantial. Have you ever measured your shoulders?

Ooh - lucky one who gets this!! It's so tempting.

For reference, I typically wear an XXS in Danier and I'm 5'4" at about 116 with a small bust and square but not broad shoulders. Danier jackets tend to run large in the sense that their numerical sizing is different than other places, but the cuts themselves tend to be fitted. So at that size, I can layer a light sweater under the jacket if I am wearing it open. I CAN zip it up, but it's not terribly comfortable zipped, mainly because of the shoulder/ underarm measurement.

Thanks everyone for chiming in with all the sizing help! Sorry I didn't get back earlier - I was at the Red Sox game. (They won!)

Kim, we are very similar in terms of height, weight, and waist -- although I have a smaller bust and probably a shorter torso than you do. I doubt I would ever zip this jacket (I never wear any of my jackets zipped) but it's nice to know about that bottom zipper.

May I ask you for two things so I can let you know if I'd like to take you up on this offer or not?

1. Would you send me or post a picture of yourself wearing this jacket so I can see this size on a real person?
2. Would you measure the circumference of your upper arm and let me know what it is, so that I can see how the jacket fits given your upper arm size? I sometimes have issues if arms are very very slim.

I will also check the dimensions on the Danier site. Thank you!

I'll post a picture later, I'm out of the house today.

My biceps (when flexed) are nearly 12 inches. They cause me to not buy the occasional woven top, because it's too tight. I'm not like the hulk! LOL

My shoulder measurement, measured as shown in the pic below is 42 inches.

Seeing it on you will be important, Kim. I've measured myself and looked everything over today, and my waist - or lack of one - is (again!) the issue. I am just a true rectangle. If it's snug on you it probably will not work for me. My waist is 31! (34-31-36, what kind of wacky measurements are those? Solid brick, that's what.) Marmee, get ready to click to paypal.

Hmm. I'm not sure. My shoulders are 40" (thanks for the picture!), and my biceps are 11". I'm 120# and 5'3.5. I'm just between you and Suz, who is an XXS. Viva, I hope it works for you so that I don't have to decide.

Here's the pics. The color is not true because I don't know how to do that, and I'm losing daylight.

I measured my own waist again, just for fun, and good livin' has added an inch! So, I"m actually a 30 waist.

Kim, I'm afraid that the jacket might be slightly too big for me, and I think I should pass. So sad. Thank you for your efforts at photographing and measuring.

BTW, I'm totally in love with your closet. It's really beautiful.
