Frozen quiche recommendations.

Does anyone have frozen quiche recommendations? We have our annual Mothers day brunch at my house and this year I am trying to keep it simple. My daughter came up with the frozen quiche idea but I have never ventured into that area of the grocery store. I thought I would try your wisdom before I start searching online for ideas.

I havn't used a frozen quiche but I am having a brunch in May and was looking for easy, make ahead dishes and found the one above...It sounds delish and can be prepared the night before...I am sending to you...I plan to make a trial run next week so we will see...One good thing, it is healthy..so many are way too much butter and cream..Best...

I haven't tried frozen quiche either but I have a recipe for a crustless quiche that can be prepared the night before and baked in the am. It is basically eggs, cottage cheese, ham, monterey jack and a bit of flour. I can post the recipe if you are interested. I make it for brunch every once in awhile. Everyone seems to like it.

We make quiches pretty regularly (they are quite simple - milk, eggs, cheese and some veg and/or meat, and quick if you buy a pre-made crust). We started by following the Mollie Katzen formula for custard and fillings, and then started ad-libbing fillings: http://diningandopining.blogsp.....rmula.html

We usually make two, and freeze one as soon as it cools. They reheat well. Might that be a way to go? Otherwise I'd go to Whole Foods or Zupan's or something and ask them if they have pre-made ones.
