Frizzy Hair??

So, I'm wanting to curl my hair, my hair is straight. After I curl it will it be prone to frizz? or will I have no frizziness ?

Edit: Also, would a diffuser be useful for me? or just for naturally curly haired people?

I doubt your hair will be prone to frizz after curling since your hair is naturally straight. It is the natural texture of the hair that would determine its tendency to frizz.

If your hair is straight, I don't think a diffuser would be helpful for you. The point of a diffuser is so that the air flow from the blow dryer doesn't blow your hair around, which breaks up curl clumps and creates frizz. Since you don't need to have curl clumps since your hair is straight, you can use a regular blow dryer without a diffuser.

I’m thinking same as Gigi. There’s different types of frizz tho. There’s curly hair going every which way, and then there’s the frizz you get when your hair is fragile and breaks, and then there’s the frizz of dry hair. If you use a curling iron, that helps tame frizz... but use it a lot, and it can lead to frizz...
