Last April I purchased these Rag & Bone Rally Cargo skinnies off eBay. The tag said 27. I bought them. However, the waist is actually bigger, like a 28 or 29. Also the rise is bigger than normal for a 27. I can measure them exactly if you are interested, but what I recall is that the waist was 2" bigger than a normal 27 and the rise was 1" higher.
The leg is on the slim side, not as big in relation to the waist. Basically these are a pair with defects, that's why I'm giving them away (there was no recourse through eBay as I had worn and dry cleaned them). If you have a midsection but slim legs this would be perfect on you.
