Free People application question

I'm filling out my Free People application for tomorrow's open hire, and I need some help. One of the questions is what actress/singer reminds you of Free People and why?

Celebrities (of any status) rank among the top 10 things in the world I care least about, so I am hopelessly ignorant when it comes to questions like this. The only person I can think of is Zooey Deschanel and I'm not even sure why I think that.

Any ideas?

The homepage looks scream Drew Barrymore to me.

I think Zooey is perfect, and since she was your first though- go with it. She plays a lot of free spirited roles, and in her ads for cotton she has a very casual boho look.

other than zooey and drew (both excellent suggestions), i'd suggest kate hudson or nicole richie...both very boho glam.

I think you should definitely go with the Zooey answer. It's really accurate, and I also think it might make you stand out a little, because my guess is she isn't mentioned as often as better-known celebrities like Drew or Nicole Ritchie (although those are good answers too!).

I was wondering how I knew anything about Zooey's style, and you reminded me Khris: I saw her in that cotton commercial and thought her clothes were really cute. Very vintage and sweet. Not really boho IMO but suitable nonetheless.

I think you might be right Steph. Much more interesting to use her than someone more obvious.
