This is what I call a skort, but anymore the fashion industry seems to have decided that a skort is basically a skirt and shorts in the same item. I've tried it; besides being bulky, it was much too warm for me. Idk if the name "sarong shorts" will stick, but I'm glad to see this kind of thing is still around.
