Last post, I promise!
I bought these three items and will probably keep them but would love your input.
(1.) peplum dress (2.) black/white graphic dress with ruching on the side; needs to be hemmed (3.) black sweater with lace overlay on the front .

Thoughts? You guys are very patient with me. Thanks!

Mona - thanks! These are all from Cleo. The peplum dress and sweater are from the petites line, #2 is from the regular line.

Love the black sweater -- the lace adds texture and it's a lovely detail.
The b/w dress I love but for some reason I keep wondering if it would look better in a size smaller with shapewear (to make you more comfy - I think it would look fabulous). The ruche on the side seam creates figure flattering pleats and the print adds the extra layer of interest. It's a great dress! #1 I love it and it's really versatile. These are all great pieces. Are we running from color this season (said the color hound)?

Haha DV! I am actually trying to add some "polished neutrals" to my wardrobe because I have so much color right now. Hence, the peplum dress and the sweater. As for the b/w dress, you have a good eye because I did size up. My actual size was not available in the store but this size had a good fit on the bust and the shoulders and it also didn't gape under the arms, which is typical of my experience with regular sizes. I think I will order my usual size online and then compare the two. You have me thinking now!

Yay! She's getting the dress, she's getting the b/w dress!!!! Yes neutrals are kind of necessary if you want the colors to shine through. I know, but can we at least try colored neutrals (I'm really not a good influence on people trying to break a color addiction)?

I have TONS of coloured neutrals! I am over run with color! I need to tone it down for a few items. But trust me, I am addicted to color through and through. I will not leave you behind!

I am really wishing to add a dress to my fall/winter wardrobe this season and the grey dress looks super sassy. I like the higher neckline on this.

Mona, both dresses are black, there's no grey, so I'm not sure if that influences you at all. I think it's the lighting in the pictures that is affecting the read on the colors. There was a really nice grey shift dress there, though, so you should still check out the store! Good sales right now, too!

These are all great, Krista. Your smile says it all. I love the peplum especially. But DV is right -- you need to try a different size of dress two for comparison, just to be sure this one is the best for you.

CB, shevia, Suz - thanks! Suz, you are right that my smile says it all. They were my three favourite items of the whole lot. I am going to order the other size of dress 2 and get the right "read." I will post pics! Thanks again!
