I didn't know about this site either, until just a few minutes ago! I was reading Gaylene's thread about Canadian designer sites, followed up on something Sveta said about not finding Pink Tartan available online other than American retailers, but spied ...in tiny print...eluxe.ca...so I clicked on it, and discovered this entire fashion site for Canadians!
There are some fab finds in there - it's not cheap, but the sale stuff is within reason!
