Sally on Already Pretty featured these Kork-Ease platforms that are a similar design and come in a similar nude, and are still avaiable on Amazon: http://www.alreadypretty.com/2.....ndals.html. More expensive than the Franco Sarto's a few of us have, but they look nice if you're desperate!
