Shoe shopping is a problem for me. I have a neuroma (sp?) in my right foot. So I cannot wear any heels (no pressure on the ball of the foot). The toe box needs to be roomy and the ankle fitted so my foot does not slide forward and squeeze my toes.

I was downtown this afternoon on a beautiful sunny day and stopped in at J Gilbert since I often get their emails. I explained my foot problem and the sales associates brought out about 5 pairs of shoes and boots including some Paul Green and another brand by someone who designed for Taryn Rose. They also brought a pair of their brand which were the most comfortable. Before I make a purchase, has anyone had any experience with J Gilbert?

TIA, Sue
