He he, somebody sent me that a few weeks ago. Hilarious. The more I think, the more I am convinced that spending 7.5 years getting a PhD is a huge waste of time unless one wants to become tenured professor.
Ha! I saw this earlier this week and I admit I spent a while trying to come up with a good one for my thesis topic. But everything I came up with just made me sound evil. (For example, "I dumped chemicals on tadpoles and then I cut off their tails to see what would happen.")
I've been thinking about mine for a few days, too, with no luck. "Evolution is weird!" is the best I've got. Actually, to paraphrase my advisor, "Hooking a printer directly to a shredder: more useful than you might think."
Just think of all the $$$ spent to arrive at these conclusions.
Hm... I didn't do a thesis, but I did do a senior project. I guess mine would be: Suicide is the only logical option, if you think about it long enough. o_0
My honours thesis: Age of Migrations people in what is now Bavaria buried each other in the same place but in different ways, and I can tell you that based on the shape of their nose.
MA thesis: Ontario Middle Woodland kids buried with precious objects in burial mounds doesn't mean high status.
