Peri, look what I just saw at Zara.

They are not stirrup pants in reality -- just cutaway like that -- but it was actually the overall fit that interested me. You could always attach removable elastics on the bottom to hold them down inside boots if required -- but it might not be. I was really taken with the shape.

Also, note how she is wearing them with flats.
