I was at a local Zara earlier today and spied this skirt. It looked like something that would work for tango, and it is quite affordable.

How thoughtful of you, Tanya! Yes, it's a killer skirt that would be ideal in looks and function for tango (and I happen to love it with those shoes, too

And in case Zara doesn't have my size, I'm also in dialogue with an etsy seller who does custom work. This is thanks to fabbers' suggestions. I will be sure to keep you all updated as things get sorted one way or another.

Glad you like the skirt, Mochi! Please keep us posted with your tango capsule progress. I will post if I see something else appropriate - I have trained my eye throughout the years with my ballroom and am always registering dance appropriate pieces.

I'd love to see and hear about your etsy seller! Like Tanya I am also always on the lookout for ballroom clothes. I sort of have two separate ballroom capsules, almost 3...one for practice, nicer and very ballroom for lessons, and a few very blingy for socials. I don't go to socials as much anymore but so far haven't gone very over the top for lessons. I may start wearing them though!
