Grr indeed. For certain things, including Equipment staples, I bide my time on eBay, and the sale section of Equipment, which can have really good deals (but all of their sale items are final). Nordstrom will match will match any Equipment price. Note that Equipment has 25% off sales that are site-wide around American Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, and around Labor Day.
I have an Everlane collarless silk blouse, but I wouldn't order it again. Unless all of the buttons are done, the upper buttons have a tendency to open. My J. Crew blouse thinned out pretty quickly, but I had hand washed it, that might not have been the case. J. Crew silk tops are reasonably priced when on sale, and can be found on eBay.
I have read positive reviews about Grana, but haven't yet purchased from them (still deciding/prioritizing spring needs), and cannot comment on the fit.
