I just took a quick snap of the jacket but couldn't attach it to your post. My jacket is not as high quality and the cut is different, but it does have the wide lapels and grey color (it has a sort of herringbone print). It is by Galeande Paris. Anyhow, I definitely am looking at it with new eyes thanks to how great you look in your jacket!
