found this on another blog, worn to a formal event. Although I like it, it does not look like formal to me,,,maybe semi formal. I am thinking formal is like glitzy, or floor length dresses, or maybe wide leg pants with something glitzy or something.
This is my first attempt at photo here so here goes--will try to get up some of me tomorrow when I have time.
